[Catalan abstract] L'administració electrònica és actualment la la principal força motora de la modernització de l'Administrac Pública. La disponibilitat en là ­nia de serveis que l l'Administració a ofert tradicionalment per altres và ­es, la no presencialitat en les tramitacions, la possibilitat d'un accés en temps real a l'estat d'una tramitació, són elements que han de canviar de forma notable la percepció que el ciutadà té de l'Administració. [English abstract] The electronic administration is at the moment the main motor of modernization of the public administration. The availability on line of services that the traditionally have been offered by administration by other systems, the possibility of transaction access in real time, are elements that remarkably will change the perception that has the citizen about the administration.
