Abstract:

[Spanish abstract] La investigación y desarrollo de métodos y herramientas para obtener, administrar y conservar el conocimiento es una prioridad en nuestra Sociedad de la Información, auspiciada por la valoración que actualmente se tiene del conocimiento como el más importante activo de cualquier organización. Los sistemas para dirigir la recopilación, organización, procesamiento, análisis y distribución de la experiencia dentro de una institución, englobados bajo el término Gestión del Conocimiento (GC), buscan asegurar las funciones de la institución donde se aplican y satisfacer las necesidades de adquirir nuevos conocimientos por parte de sus integrantes. Aunque la aplicación de la GC se realiza usualmente en grandes corporaciones e instituciones, también puede ser aplicada a escala menor sobre organizaciones pequeñas, o incluso micro organizaciones, como puede ser la formada por los integrantes de una asignatura universitaria. Desde la unidad docente de Comunicación Audiovisual del DCADHA, estamos implantando de forma experimental un sistema automatizado para gestionar el conocimiento generado en las asignaturas de Producción y Realización de Audiovisuales que se imparten en la licenciatura de Bellas Artes de la Universidad Politécnica de Valencia. [English abstract] The investigation and development of methods and tools to obtain, administer and conserve the knowledge are priority in our Society of the Information. The systems to direct the compilation, organization, processing, analysis and distribution of the experience within an institution, included under the term Knowledge Management, look for to assure the functions the institution where they are applied and to satisfy the necessities to acquire new knowledge on the part of their members. Although the application of the KM is usually made in great corporations and institutions, also it can be applied on smaller scale on small organizations, or even micro organizations, as it can be the formed one by the members of a university subjet. From the educational unit of Audio-visual Communication of the DCADHA, we are implanting of experimental automated system to manage the knowledge generated in the subjets of Production and Accomplishment of Audio-visual that are distributed in the degree of Beautiful Arts of the Polytechnical University of Valencia.
