[Catalan abstract] La importą ncia de la propietat intel·lectual a la Societat del coneixement; la responsabilitat dels creadors de recursos lingüķstics en escollir models de llicenciament: Universitats, Governs, Usuaris finals; com afecten els diferents tipus de models de propietat intel·lectual a l'usuari final (drets i obligacions); com és de vital la propietat intel·lectual del recursos per al catalą a les noves tecnologies, que fa que avui ens trobem on ens trobem i la idea és donar-vos, en el poc temps que tenim, idees i referčncies per ampliar informació són alguns dels temes tractats en aquesta comunicació. [English paper] The importance of the intellectual property in the Society of the knowledge; the responsibility of the creators of linguistķc resources to choose models of licenses: Universities, Governments, end users; how they affect the different types from models of intellectual property in the end user (right and obligations); the intelectual property as vital element of the resources for the Catalan in the new technologies is some of the subjects treated in this paper.
