Abstract:

[Spanish abstract] La presente comunicación analiza las implicaciones legales que desde un punto de vista del derecho tienen los actos de explotación de la información y de las obr realizan las bibliotecas en el transcurso de sus funciones, asà ­ como las excepciones que necesitamos ver reflejadas en el marco leg para poder seguir llevándolas a cabo. Todo ello a la luz de lo legales que la transposición de la Directiva 2001/29/CE "relativa a la la armonización de determinados aspectos de los derechos de autor y derechos afines a los derechos de autor en la sociedad de la información" va a suponer. [English abstract] The present communication analyzes the legal implications that from a point of view of the author right have the acts of information and works operation which they make the libraries in the course of its we needed to see reflected within the framework legal state to be able to continue carrying out them. All it to the light of the legal changes that the transposition of Directive 2001/29/CE to the harmonization of certain aspects of the rights of author and compatible rights to the rights of author in the society of the information it is going to suppose.
