Abstract:

[Spanish abstract] Se presenta un "Sistema Integral para el Control de Espacios Naturales y Rurales" basado en las Tecnologà ­as de la Información y las Comunicaciones (TIC) aplicadas a la actividad turà ­stica. El turismo, como otros sectores, no puede quedarse ajeno a los cambios que favorecen las TIC en cuanto al incremento de la competitividad, la posibilidad de ofertar nuevos servicios al usuario, el incremento de la calidad y la eficiencia, la disminución de costes, una promoción más efectiva, etc. Las TIC aplicadas al sector turà ­stico adquieren protagonismo con el desarrollo de Internet, lo cual ha conllevado a un repl realizarlas, facilitando la promoción y comercialización, la gestión de la demanda, controlando la capacidad de carga del recurso turà ­stico según el número de accesos y el impacto sobre el medio ambiente y el clima, etc. Y la posibilidad de este control integral sobre los recursos naturales y rurales resulta importante dado que los cambios que se están operando en la actividad turà ­stica conllevan, fundamentalmente, a un incremento del turismo de naturaleza, el ecoturismo, el turismo rural, cultural, etc. La difusión de estos contenidos turà ­sticos a través de de Internet deberá tener en cuenta aspectos técnicos y no técnicos relacionados con la Sociedad de la Información, tales com como las limitaciones de ancho de banda actual de la red, las polà ­ticas de tarifas planas, la seguridad, confidencialidad, integridad y autentificación de las comunicaciones, la proteccio fronteras nacionales de cada paà ­s, los valores culturales de the Control of Natural and Rural Spaces" based on the Technologies of Information and Communications (TIC) applied to the tourist activity. The tourism, as other sectors, cannot be stayed foreign to the changes that the TIC permit as far as the increase of the competitiveness, the possibility of supplying new services to the user, the increase of the quality and the efficiency, diminution of costs, a promotion much more effective , etc. The TIC applied to the tourist sector acquire protagonism with them, facilitating promotion and commercialization, management of the demand, controlling the lifting capacity of the tourist resource accord to the number of accesses and the impact on the environment and the climate, etc. And the possibility of this integral control on the natural and rural resources is important since the changes that are been operating in the tourist activity entail, fundamentally, to an increase of the nature tourism, the ecotourism, the rural and cultural tourism, etc. The dissemination of these tourist contents through Internet would be to consider technical and non technical aspects related to the Information Society, such as the limitations of present bandwidth of the network, the policy of flat tariffs, the security, confidentiality, integrity and authentication of the communications, protection of the author rights on these contents and designs over the national borders of each country, the cultural values of other towns, etc.
