Knowledge management -an evolving professional competence

Abstract:

Today, I will speak to you about the evolving professional discipline o Knowledge Management (KM) and I will touch on the impact it is having on traditional library and research activities. I am going to use my own organisation, PricewaterhouseCoopers, as a case study on the development o KM professionalism, and will explain my view that, while we are proud o the progress we have already made, we still have a long way to go.
