The Media Library of the North County : a Story of Networks

Abstract:

To improve supplying, the media library of the North County has set up a network system. It works on the basis of some close boroughs which will be finally linked to an associate local library. This new way of diffusion has begun in 1996 step by step in order to connect all of those whose passion is to participate in reading development in their own borough. It is a possibility given by the Decentralization and the National and Regional Development Acts and, in this field, the recent establishment of communities of boroughs and countries give libraries new issues of development.
