Multiple missions and necessary convictions

Abstract:

Do the libraries have to feel invested with all the missions ? Do they have to engage themselves energetically everywhere or to delimit their area of action to be more efficient ? Don't the justification of the sums given by the authorities necessitate the taking into consideration of all the publics ? Don't the quality of the propositions also depend on the health of the edition world and of the support brought to creation ? Then how to choose ? The most satisfactory answer is perhaps to be found in the union of the competencies and forces with other partners...
