Abstract:

The Jean-Pierre Melville multimedia library has met a great success, with the public as well as with the professionals. This success is always the same seven years after its inauguration. Its urban situation is particularly judicious, its major assets are the transparency and the readability of its glass architecture. Vast windows open on the city, its organization reflects the simplicity of its architecture. The decompartmentalization of the services and sections makes it easily visible, and moving within the building is convenient.The architecture quality matches the interior decoration, in a total coherence with the architectural project.
