Fourth form girls' and boys' readings
Bulletin des Bibliotheques de France Abstract: The development of the desire to read, detectable through the quoted titles, is beyond the usual difference between spontaneous reading and school reading. To verify this hypothesis, the authors have led a survey by questionnaire with 1 560 fourth form girls and boys, and have taken into account the criterions of differentiation directly controllable in a ground survey, notably sex, social origin and school situation.
