Mass training to electronic information tools

Abstract:

The new plans of teaching and transmission of knowledge ask the question of the training of the campus users to use of available documentary resources. This article proposes the beginnings of a training of trainers destined to settle in the campus << resource-people >> able to train the students. The authors give the results of a preliminary inquiry carried out among librarians, documentalists, teachers-searchers. The creation of a process of dynamic training, changing according to the needs is necessary for the success of the enterprise.
