Abstract:

The public library of Bron and its annex, situated in the Eastern suburbs of Lyon, are confronted, since their creation, with difficulties breeded by the presence of groups of young people who disturb their functioning. This article shows the solutions tested for the different publics to live together, without a negative effect on the frequenting and for the staff not to be afraid of having to face constantly situations of conflict and of agression.
