Spirit Song Yoga and Healing is a small yoga studio which has relocated to my private home in Cornwallville, NY. It's purpose is to provide a safe, spiritually pleasant environment in which to conduct group or private yoga sessions and to promote health and well-being. It is also a comfortable and private location for personal healing ceremonies.
Multiple car accidents spurred a personal quest for recovery and a study of energy medicine. Through study and experience, I came to understand the inherent balance found in nature. To be healthy, a person's mind, physical body, and spirit must be in harmony with the surrounding world. An avid student of alternative healing since 1998, I am able to offer my services to the public as a certified Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master and Energy Healer.
